The Günter Petry gallery - the Galerie d’Art Precieux - presents an exclusive selection of sculptures, objects gemstone carvings and relief-plates made by Günter Petry.

The pieces of the gallery are unique, handmade objects assembled of different precious material like gemstones (ruby, sapphire, emerald, diamonds), gold, sterling silver and enamel. Besides working in such traditional media, Günter Petry also specializes in the restoration of antique jewelery and sculpture.

Günter Petry started working as a gemstone artist in the early 1960. He worked in different fields of gemstone sculpting and extended his knowledge on working with gold, silver and enamel. His continuous studies allowed him to collected a wide range of techniques that made him a high-skilled designer.Since 1990, he found his liking in molding and casting of bronze and silver sculptures, especially his fondness for sculpting horses.
